Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our monthly plan is flexible and can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
For our annual subscription, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
To initiate a cancellation or request a refund for an annual plan, please contact us through the official contact form on our website. Please do not dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company, as this can delay the process. Once we receive your request, we will process the cancellation and any applicable refund through our payment provider, Stripe.
